Service Options

MAGi IP/PBX phone service is available in two configurations. First we offer a hosted service which uses our IP/PBX to provide the phone and PBX services to the clients. The second is the Viking IP/PBX server we sell to the customer.

Hosted services come in three flavors. The first is where we provide a T-1 (1.544MB) of broadband Internet service along with the IP/PBX hosted service.

The Bronze service is for organizations that have broadband Internet access with web hosting and E-mail services and are just looking to upgrade their telephone service. Access is over the Internet to MAGi's IP/PBX.

The Silver hosted service is for organizations who are looking for one single vendor to provide them with all Internet Service Providers (ISP) services and full PBX, local and long distance phone service. This is accomplished by a Point to Point T-1 from the organizations location(s) to the MAGi Hosted IP/PBX. A router is included with the service for a three year contract. Installation is quoted on a per client basis. Silver customers have up to 10 e-mail accounts and extensions on the PBX.

The Gold hosted service is for organizations who are looking for one single vendor to provide them with all Internet Service Providers (ISP) services and full PBX, local and long distance phone service. This is accomplished by a Point to Point T-1 from the organizations location(s) to the MAGi Hosted IP/PBX. A router is included with the service for a three-year contract. Installation is quoted on a per client basis. Gold customers have up to 40 e-mail accounts and 40 extensions on the PBX.

The Platinum service also includes two T-1s, up to 100 E-mail accounts and 200 DIDs. Purchasers of any of the Viking IP/PBX server can purchase services through MAGi for Web Hosting or e-mail service. They can also purchase Broadband and/or phone lines from MAGi.

(1500 minutes of Local and Long Distance calls in the Continental United States are included in the monthly fee for each phone line)
